The hotel's location opposite the airport runway was not a problem. I did not hear airplanes at all (surprisingly!). The DLR station is close. The station made access convenient.
The breakfast selection could have been more varied.

The DLR station was very close to the hotel. This made transportation simple (I appreciated that). The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The room was also quiet, despite the proximity to the airport.
I found very few drinks available at the bar. The room did not have enough pillows. There was also a card in the room advertising a choice of hard or soft pillows. This was unavailable.

A Wonderful Stay, Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

The location is very close to the station.. I found the staff really friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was clean, and I noticed the bed was very comfortable, a big plus after a long day. I also liked the shower. It was fantastic.
There is not a mini fridge in the room..

Wonderful Stay Near the Excel!

The reception team provided a wonderful welcome! I opened the room door to find super clean surroundings. Everything was perfect, especially the tea and coffee facilities. The array of food for all tastes was very nice!!! Tables were constantly cleared, and staff was attentive. I will definitely stay again.
The sink in the bedroom seemed slightly blocked when I first entered. I noticed a small stain on one of the pillowcases provided.
